TECHNIQUE : Alpha Breathing
RULES :
Immediately after Brushing in morning.
Do this exercise with two hours Gap.
Restricted time for doing is from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
and TWO hours Before Sleeping.
Do the Exercise through Both the Nostril
PROCEDURE:
Inhale through the blocked nostril first, hold in the stomach for Maximum Time.
Then Exhale through Mouth by using the time which is equal to intake. Inhale to the maximum and exhalation should be slow as possible through mouth. It should be repeated. For beginner's do 3 times,then increase it to 5(minimum). Do the Exercise Through Both The Nostrils. When doing First time you may experience a strange feeling, You may sweat a lot. You can feel the heart pumping blood with great pressure. Remember, here You do Stomach Breathing not the lung breathing.
PRECAUTION:
Avoid Disturbance
Don't allow the Blood pumping pressure to Brain goes down,by doing normal breathing.
Don't go away after doing only through one nostril. It may result in accumulation of blood in one hemisphere of Brain and you may experience some difficulties like stomach pain, head ache ,Absent mindless .etc.
